Membership Types

Voting Member: Any person who resides in Pinellas County, Florida and is a current Foster Parent or Adoptive Parent (as defined in Article II above) shall be eligible to join the Association as a Voting Member, provided that a current application is on-file and all membership dues and fees have been paid in full

Professional Member: Any person or organization who is not eligible for membership as a Voting Member, but is an employee of any agency or organization (governmental or non-governmental) that oversees, regulates, or is otherwise involved in the ongoing care or supervision of Foster or Adoptive Children shall be eligible to join the Association as a Professional Member, provided that a current application is on-file and all membership dues and fees have been paid in full

Supporting Member: Any person or organization ineligible for membership as either a Voting Member or a Professional Member of the Association may be eligible to join as a Supporting Member with the approval of the Board of Directors, provided that a current application is on-file and all membership dues and fees have been paid in full. The Board shall execute due caution in approving applications from prospective members who do not meet the criteria for Voting or Professional membership.

Membership Dues

$30 per household per year.

Membership Renewal

All Association memberships shall expire simultaneously with the end of the membership year of the Association.
